Quik Cure


Prague Powder #1 is critical in the preserving and curing of meats to prevent food poisoning. This product should be used for semi-dry and cooked meats including Sausage, Fish, Jerky, Ham, Corned Beef, Pastrami, Pepperoni Sticks and Snack Sticks. To cure meat correctly, it is extremely important to use the proper amount. Too much or too little can adversely affect health, taste and food quality.
